PHC Foundation is a community-based charitable organization. Proceeds that are raised stay in southeast Texas and assist local families in a crisis situation. Many of us have faced situations out of our control and know what it is like to carry the burden alone. With the help of our community, PHC Foundation is sometimes able to ease this burden for patients and families during end of life.
