We 🫶 a full circle moment. Hallie Worzalla graduated from Nicolet College's Culinary program in 2015. After graduation, she worked her way up to chef at Father Fats in Stevens Point. This week, she came back as Chef Hallie and shared her knowledge with a full house at our Spring Chef Series Event. Chef Hallie not only presented to community members in the evening, she was also in Nicolet College's kitchen all day, working with current students. She helped them learn the dishes presented at the Chef Series. Then, they created the dishes in the kitchen to serve samples to the audience as she did the demos in the dining room.
