Chamber Orchestra of the South Bay, Inc.
The COSB's primary mission is to serve as the fully-professional classical orchestra for the South Bay area of Los Angeles. The COSB is the official resident orchestra of the Norris Center for the Performing Arts on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Under Music Director Frances Steiner, it has received four NEA Awards, and features national/international-level soloists, who may not have attained professional arts management in their early careers
