Charles A. Serouya A”H, or Charlie, as he was best known, was a legend in his time. With single-handed energy and commitment to Torah and Chesed. He personally changed the lives of hundreds of our community. Mishkan Shaul is continuing his legacy. Kollel Mishkan Shaul is home to many of Israel’s foremostscholars. With a Day Kollel learning full time, and a vibrant Kollel Erev in the evenings, the MishkanShaul, beit Medrash rings with thesounds of Torah learning around the clock. Kollel Mishkan Shaul consists of two divisions: the day kollel, and the Kollel Erev. Ezrat Esther Chesed Fund distributes food and clothing to the needy in Israel. weekly food baskets as well as holiday baskets help feed the hungry. Clothing is provided at holiday time.
