OURS IS AN EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP (ERG) UNDER DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AREA AT AT&T . OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES OFFERED BY AT&T BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TO SMALL AND MEDIUM SOUTH ASIAN BUSINESSES AND HOW IT CAN HELP THEM GROW THEIR BUSINESSES AND INCREASE SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PATH AWARENESS. IN ADDITION WE PROMOTE SCIENCE , TECHNOLOGY AND MATHS EDUCATION (STEM) BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS IN AND OUTSIDE AT&T SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS FROM DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES ALL OVER US . ALSO ARRANGE CONFERENCE FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS OF SOUTH ASIAN ORIGIN TO PROMOTE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES ALSO WE SUPPORT PROJECTS THAT CREATE OPPORTUNITIES , MAKE CONNECTIONS AND ADDRESS COMMUNITY NEEDS
