The mission of the Regional Interfaith Chaplaincy Services, Inc. (RICS) is to provide an enlightened and loving ministry of pastoral care, education, and support to faith leaders and institutions in the local tri-state (Pennsylvania-Maryland-West Virginia) area. Our goal is to bring the promise of hope, healing, wholeness and balance to persons experiencing the blessings and brokenness of human life.
