The Bethel Park Lions Club was organized on December 9, 1942 and the Charter was presented on Februa THIS ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SUPERVISED INSTRUCTIONAL RECREATION FOR THE YOUTH OF BETHEL PARK. THE BETHEL PARK BASEBALL ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
