Dr. Howard Elementary School is a part of the Unit 4 school district in Champaign, Illinois. The PTA is responsible for supporting our students and staff through fundraising and community building. We do this by way of offering teacher grants and through our annual Art & Music showcase, spring Fun Run, bi-annual Scholastic Book Fairs, after-school clubs, social events and more!
