Home - ECHO Continuum of Care Grant Awards Announced Eight organizations in AustinTravis County that provide housing and supportive services to people working to end their homelessness will receive nearly 14 million from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD. 2025 PIT Count Thank you Volunteers.
