CCI We are dedicated to helping low and moderate income families attain and maintain safe and affordable housing. CCI seeks to provide utility bill assistance weatherization and housing rehabilitation for eligible households. We do this through a variety of programs that focus on energy conservation and the affordability of local housing stock.
