Transitional Living | Behavioral Health Services Organization We aim to provide comprehensive behavioral health services with a personcentered approach to assist individuals and families in improving their quality of life. ASSESSMENTS CASE MANAGEMENT COUNSELING THERAPY PSYCHIATRY SERVICES PATH EMPLOYMENT SUCCESS PROGRAM OUTREACH PROGRAM FORENSIC JAIL SERVICES MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT Transitional Living is a leader in behavioral health services offering a comprehensive continuum of mental health and cooccurring disorder treatment for those struggling with mental illness and substance use disorders. Transitional Living is the only provider licensed as a Type 1 Residential Treatment facility by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Butler County. Transitional Living also operates the only PATH Program Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness in Butler County which actively outreaches into the community to assist those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
