The purpose of Urban Healths mission is to change the narrative and shatter the status quo by Effort is important but knowing where to direct effort time and resources to do the greatest good takes an experienced and compassionate tribe of community leaders. Urban Health is a 501 c 3 nonprofit corporation founded in 2020 by Jayson A. Heyer and governed by a diverse Board of Directors with three committeesthat oversee the financial governance and executive management of the organization.
