Global Friends Coalition's mission is to build friendships with refugees in the Greater Grand Forks community. Fostering New American integration in the Greater Grand Forks Community. Global Friends Coalition brings together individuals and organizations to foster refugee (New American) integration through work with New Americans and the Greater Grand Forks community.   The Global Friends Coalition has three primary goals: Support Refugees (New Americans) to become more fluent in English. Support New Americans to become more connected, engaged, and contributing members of their new communities. Support the Greater Grand Forks community to actively embrace its New American residents.
