Black Family Development, Inc. Thank you to the Michigan legislature Michigan Center For Youth Justice and United Way For Southeast Michigan for the increase in Child Care Fund support to help more families with early intervention. Black Family Development Inc. is proud to offer parents in Detroit Wayne County and beyond a fun opportunity to engage with their children and make their children smarter. LENA Start is a way for parents with children from birthage 32 months to jumpstart language and comprehension skillsit makes babies smarter.
