OJTB, a not-for-profit organization, is guided by its mission to provide on-job-training to our clients, (the vulnerable and at-risk populations which include students ages 14 – 24, displaced homemakers, seniors, minority and disadvantaged individuals with no job experience and those on public assistance), by providing their first job experience in a document preparation and business writing service, which will help to expand their employment opportunities; to promote healthy communities and lifestyles by helping to lessen the burden of and support the efforts of government programs, such as social services and workforce development by providing work and life skills training, which would help reduce poverty and also help to combat juvenile delinquency while promoting social interactions.
