GVC is one of more than 400 independent selfgoverning nonpartison and selfsupporting organizations that affiliate with MOAA National to collaborate to accomplish the MOAA mission. GVC covers a large area in the Genesee Valley in upstate New York between Buffalo and Syracuse and extending south into the Finger Lakes Region. GVC is one of nine chapters in the New York State MOAA Council of Chapters.
