Home - Mind Springs Foundation Mind Springs Health West Springs Hospital provide nearly 200000 mental health and addiction services to almost 24000 unique individuals of all ages. Consumer need and utilization of services grow steadily with many more still in need yet gaps in services remain and stigma still prevents people from seeking help. Mind Springs Health in partnership with community nonprofits city and county governments private practice therapists primary and acute care physicians and a host of other community partners working together to identify gaps and innovate ways to meet the widerange of mental health and addiction treatment needs.
