Madison Arts Center Madison Arts Center Bringing the arts and entertainment to Madison NE About the Madison Arts Center The Madison Arts Center is located at 110 East 4th Street in Madison Nebraska. This magnificent building built in 1913 served as the First Presbyterian Church until 2006. A local volunteer preservation organization purchased the building in 2007 and has been working toward rehabilitating it into a facility to promote appreciation of the arts and provide educational opportunities.
