SMART Society Mission Statement Senior Management & Advocacy in Rural Texas Society is a Public Charity that was formed to address Quality of Life issues that plague Seniors in rural communities. Many seniors we assist are struggling with Social Isolation. We aim to ensure seniors in rural communities that there is a safe and positive environment that welcomes their input and values their knowledge. It is our quest to ensure that seniors in rural communities have access to resources that are available to those in metropolitan areas. Resources and services like prepared meal delivery and transportation to appointments, even small things like providing nutritional supplements.
