We provide individual spiritual counseling and group classes for adults and children using a holistic model that integrates the spirit mind and body. True inspiration can be found within through allowing ourselves to be still and connect with our intuition and find our inspiration. A mindful life is not achieved by accident but through daily practice focusing on becoming more self aware and trusting your intuition.
