Welcome to the Grand County Blues Society Our Mission To promote Blues and American Roots Music through live performance music outreach and education as well as donating musical instruments to support music therapy. Who We Are What We Do Blue Star Connection Blue Star Connection is a program that has nonprofit status along with the Grand County Blues Society. Blue Star Connection has supplied over 80 Childrens Hospitals and dozens of Music Therapy organizations with valuable and plentiful collections of musical instruments for their music therapy departments. We have also gifted over 1000 individual children personal instruments.
