SCHOOL LOGIN DONATE CAAELCHELLA i April 12 2025 Athletic and educational programming for atrisk special education students at alternative schools CAAEL Chicago Area Alternative Education League exists to fill the interscholastic athletic and activity gap created when atriskspecial education students are removed from their mainstream school environments due to severe behavioral and emotional challenges. We provide alternative school educators innovative and therapeutic programming to engage and motivate their students during the school day. CAAEL exists to create interscholastic activities missing from alternative education schools Our mission is to empower students and teachers in alternative schools by integrating athletic and academic programs into the school day fostering personal growth and responsibility. We envision a world where students with unique needs outside the typical education system lead positive and fulfilling lives.
