Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and place horses in responsible and caring homes. We serve as advocates for horses of all kinds who have become lost, abandoned, neglected or abused. We perform all necessary medical and dental evaluations and procedures on each horse. After behavioral analysis, we retrain and rehabilitate where needed before any horse is made available for adoption. SERRA also supports and assists sister equine rescue organizations.
