Who we are The Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County serves as a onestop help center for victims of domesticfamily violence sexual assault and stalking. The FJC is a nonprofit agency that is colocated and works collaboratively with other nonprofit and governmental agencies to help victims and their families quickly and confidentially seek information and easily access resources to help them escape the cycle of violence and move toward healing.
