THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, MORE SPECIFICALLY TO THE PROMOTION, PRESERVATION AND EXPANSION OF MULTIPLE USE SINGLE TRAILS ON PUBLIC LANDS IN COLORADO AND SURROUNDING AREA AND TO PURSUE ANY OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSE AND BUSINESS.
