Stakeholders - Stakeholders We inspire and equip people to act in the community Board Service Institute We know that people may have the time and motivation for nonprofit board service but might feel reluctant to serve because of a perceived lack of knowledge or experience. Through Stakeholders training volunteers learn Legal fiduciary duties of board members Financial fiduciary duties of board members Development and Fundraising Strategic planningmanagement Board Match Program we can help coordinate filling board vacancies and can recommend candidates for board positions according to nonprofit needs and the interests and skills of individual candidates. The Capital Region is fortunate to have highly skilled and volunteerminded individuals and many wellestablished nonprofit organizations that have a daily need for volunteers. Connecting these two groups is just a part of what the Stakeholders Inc.

Wreaths Across America is a national 501(c)3 with over 1300+ participating locations nationwide, in all 50 states, and 24 foreign veteran cemeteries on foreign soil. Please help us support Wreaths Across America by donating at https://thestakeholders. org/wreaths-across-america-donations What began in 1992 with a trailer load of wreaths, placed by a handful of volunteers at the graves of our fallen at Arlington National Cemetery, has now become a national organization with over a million volunteers – all focused on the mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach about the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
