Southeastern Massachusetts Building Officials Association SEMBOA SEMBOA protects the safety of citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by promoting the enforcement of state laws and regulations local bylaws and ordinances that relate to or regulate the use construction or inspection of buildings or other structures. Our association is based on education and expertise. We host monthly meetings and a yearly two day conference to further education credits. Together as one collective voice we can draft opinions to share with organizations that lobby for the Commonwealth.
