Training continues daily. With some downtime today, our crews were able to conduct scenario-based training with two of our newer EMTs during their extensive field training period. Both are a few weeks into their training and are quickly approaching the point where they will be cleared to ride with a partner. Ongoing training like this is vital to what we do—it strengthens our providers’ skills and confidence, ensuring we deliver the highest level of care while continuously improving the health and safety of our community.
