KeystoneCare is a nonprofit healthcare services agency, providing compassionate and comprehensive care—including hospice, palliative care, private duty care, and post-hospitalization home care—in the Greater Philadelphia region. KeystoneCare was founded in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) managing nonprofit of service delivery by Keystone Hospice and KeystoneCare Home Health in order to assure excellence in compassionate care without regard to income or insurance. KeystoneCare Home Health allows individuals greater independence by providing in-home health care and Keystone Hospice serves patients needing end-of-life support. Keystone Hospice was founded in 1995 and Keystone was the first residential hospice in Pennsylvania when it opened in 1997.
