More than 1,000 commercial real estate professionals packed our ICSC Professional Development Workshops, where The CCIM Institute provided retail-focused training sessions on lease buyouts, negotiations, and Build to Suit development strategies. Our booth became a hub where CCIMs hosted meeting after meeting — building relationships that lead to real deals. What was truly exciting? The number of attendees who discovered CCIM for the first time. Some were drawn in by the energy alone.
