Prevent the overpopulation of domestic animals by promoting to the public low cost spaying and neutering opportunities and to educate the public on humane care and responsible pet ownership.

Pythagoras WHO WE ARE Stop Animal Cruelty is an allvolunteer 501c 3 non profit animal welfaregroup thatworks tirelessly to assist abused abandoned and neglected pets in both Hot Spring Garland Counties. In order to allow pets a broader chance at adoption wepost them locally and then reach out to dozens of rescue partnersaround the countrywith photos and detailed proles of each pet who are candidates for partner placement. All rescue partners are no kill rescue groupswith similar adoption procedures.
