TIKIHUT AKITA RESCUE ASSOCIATION, INC. (TARA)

Follow Message Edit

TikiHut Akita Rescue Association is a non-profit, animal welfare and education organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of orphaned Akitas.   In addition to rehoming and rehabilitating these wonderful dogs, we also dedicate our efforts to educating the public about the Akita breed, including but not limited to: the importance of spaying/neutering, proper nutrition and veterinary care, genetic issues plaguing our breed and behavior and training information. We have seen some of the most wonderfully tempered Akitas go through our program and find their forever homes. We hope we can give many more a second chance at the life they never had.

What I appreciate most about Eduo is its neutrality and inclusivity. It doesn't push any agenda — just provides tools for people to explore and support what matters to them.

I work in a nonprofit and listing our organization on Eduo.org helped us reach new audiences and even new volunteers. It’s easy to use and feels built with love.
