BRC is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving gifted young women who have been forced from their homes by conflict or climate change the opportunity of a first-class, STEM-focused education and employment with one of our Fortune 500 partner companies. We work with academic and corporate partners who share our belief in equality, diversity and purpose. Universities tell us our Scholars bring life experience that opens the eyes of other students – and professors – to the realities of today’s world. Companies tell us our Scholars are dedicated, hard-working employees who embody their commitment to an inclusive workplace.
