Iowa S.T.A.R.S. stands for "Support To Aid Rescues and Shelters" promoting no kill.. We promote adoption from rescues and shelters, provide financial support to rescues/no kill shelters, network with rescues and shelters and advocate for animals in need. We also rescue homeless animals and place them into rescues or no kill shelters for adoption.
