Florida Fallen Heroes The purpose and mission of this foundation is to create establish and help maintain the Fallen Soldier Monument at each hometown high school of Florida graduates who have lost their lives defending the United States of America in our war against terrorism. The Timothy J. Seamans Memorial Foundation will dedicate a fallen heros monument at each hometown high school for all of the fallen heroes of the Iraq Afghanistan conflict.
