Securing the social, political and economic future of Lane County Latinx and immigrant communities GLAD seeks to strengthen the social, political, and economic future of Latinos and other underrepresented groups in Lane Country and throughout Oregon. To pursue this goal, we foster education, identify and mentor new leadership, build alliances with allied groups, connect individuals to service providers, encourage civic engagement, and promote political activism.
