The Yellow Creek Foundation is organized exclusively to be an advocate for protection and restoration of water quality, water habitat and the beauty of the Yellow Creek Watershed. The Foundation will provide engagement, education and funds to create and/or enhance a watershed district and for any other charitable, educational, literacy or scientific purpose within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
