St Mary Schola – Maine’s premier early music ensemble Maines Premier Early Music Ensemble St Mary Schola is organized as a nonprofit corporation to foster the general publics love for early music and for later music reflecting this genre and to encourage and assist freedom of expression by musicians who shall perform this music at the highest level of professional excellence. Announcing our 20242025 season Join us for three magical concerts showcasing the breadth of early music. We will celebrate Christmas by Candlelight experience mourning and rejoicing with Bach and Schtz and welcome spring with Purcell and his contemporaries.
