Even a short walk or stretching can help! Choose something that suits your needs, lifestyle, and mobility. Above all, choose movement you ENJOY! 🧘♀️ Meditate – Taking a few minutes to mindfully breathe and be present can calm the mind, improve resilience to stress, and improve your mindfulness in day-to-day life. 😂 Laugh More – Laughter truly is medicine! Research has shown that laughter relieves stress, soothes tension, and increases feel-good chemicals in the brain. So, go ahead — watch some silly cat videos or turn on your favorite comedy special! 🤝 Connect – Talking with a trusted friend, family member, or therapist can provide comfort and perspective during stressful times.
