✨ Wellness, connection, and a whole lot of relaxation. ✨ Today’s GTRCC Women’s Wellness Day was the perfect opportunity to slow down and recharge with an incredible group of like-minded women from the chamber. 🌿💆♀️ We kicked things off with an energizing Pilates session led by Michele from Pilates by the Bay, enjoyed soothing spa hand treatments courtesy of Heather & Kelly at Ageless Aesthetics by HB Walsh and fully embraced relaxation through sound bath, massage, and foot reflexology with the amazing team at Body Soul Being – thank you Stephanie, Maria, and Nicole for your healing touch.
