Supporting Episcopal Seminarians, the future leaders of The Episcopal Church, since 1857 financially, pastorally and through advocacy. #FutureOfTheFaith SIM is a learning community of thought-leaders cultivating wisdom for the massive adaptive challenge required to secure the future of the faith, and leading that adaptive change through recruitment, scholarships, convening, consulting and publications. SIM identifies, supports and empowers lay and clerical leaders of The Episcopal Church in the USA by providing scholarships for theological study at church affiliated seminaries, divinity and diocesan schools, as well as supporting the future of the Church through educational training programs. SIM is playing a vital role in ensuring the Church of the future is one of spiritual integrity, faithful innovation, and prophetic imagination, by identifying and financially supporting and training extraordinary leaders from the full spectrum of our church's diverse membership, especially those with a calling to lead the formation of Beloved Community, and lay consultants who are the prime innovators working in small congregations to create new paradigms of church.
