The mission of the SCFPA is to help the community become aware of abuse and neglect through public awareness. To educate foster parents to better serve the children of Summit County. To Build a positive relationship with Summit County Children Services. To recruit members of our community to help fill the need for foster parents in our county and encourage participation of current members to support activities of the SCFPA and to support retention of foster parents through education, emotional support and building positive relationships among foster parents.
