We also help people to trap feral cats and rehome cats whose owners have passed away or moved into a nursing home stray cats cats who are abandoned or found in hoarding cases and more. About us PAWS of Muskingum County is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization made up of volunteers who work to provide Muskingum County with lowcost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs.
