ESC assists nonprofit institutions in the Delaware Valley to become more successful through the use of senior level executive volunteers, and men and women in career transition, who serve as consultants to them in addressing management and operating problems. ESC accomplishes this by recruiting and making short-term placement of volunteer management consultants on specific assignments to nonprofit agencies in the Delaware Valley. At the same time, we attempt to assure that the skills and experience of these executives and professionals continue to be used productively in the community.
