THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROMOTING AND ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE IN CONSUMER CONTROLLED SELF DIRECTED SERVICES VIA PROGRAMS, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, RESEARCH, AND INFORMATION RETRIEVAL AND DISSEMINATION.
