THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN OF GARRETT COUNTY MARYLAND BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A MENTOR WHO WILL HAVE WEEKLY CONTACT WITH THEM. THE MENTOR WILL BE A FRIEND, A GOOD LISTENER, AND PROVIDE SCHOOL SUPPORT WHERE NEEDED.

We are committed to providing the Prekindergarten through gradesix children in the Garrett County Public Schools with caring committed adult mentors. Our volunteer mentors are adults of all ages who serve as positive role models to children with various needs and backgrounds. Mentors meet with the child they are matched with once a week during the childs lunchtime at the childs school.
