Texas Organizing Project Education Fund
The Texas Organizing Project Education Fund (TOPEF) is a pro-Black organization that engages Black and Latino communities in the three largest metro areas in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) through year round community organizing, leadership development, and civic engagement along a multi-issue agenda including: access to healthcare, family-sustaining wages, neighborhood infrastructure, housing justice, criminal legal reform and immigrants rights.
