The ServiceSource team wrapped up three incredible days of training, networking, and collaboration at the 2025 SourceAmerica Xforce Conference this week. We appreciated the opportunity hear from SourceAmerica leadership and the U.S. AbilityOne Commission about the latest changes and future outlook for the #AbilityOne Program. ServiceSource President and CEO Bruce Patterson spoke during an informative panel discussion of compliance best practices, and Chief Operating Officer Ken Crum joined a panel on managing #AbilityOne contracts in the rapidly changing federal landscape. Leaders from Employment Source - A ServiceSource Affiliate in North Carolina, and PARC - A ServiceSource Affiliate in Utah, also attended the conference. We all enjoyed the annual awards banquet, where outstanding agencies, partners, and employees with disabilities were recognized for their exceptional contributions.
