Engineers in Action Bridge Program Creating paths to progress with safe crossings and clean water. We work with underserved communities and global partners to execute sustainable engineering projects that build local capacity and improve access to essential resources. What We Do EIA builds the critical infrastructure people need to prevent death unlock economic productivity and change lives. Since 2015 EIAs Bolivia and Ecuador programs have completed over 120 WASH projects benefiting over 33000 community partners.
