This week, our seventh graders brought their oceanography studies to life during a three-day field experience at Chincoteague Bay Field Station. Through hands-on classes in Coastal Ecology, Intertidal Studies, and an Oceanography Research Cruise, students explored marine ecosystems with scientific curiosity and depth. From wading through salt marshes to collecting real data in the field, they applied classroom knowledge in powerful, real-world ways.
